Our 2026 community call for proposals — for ShowCase Poster sessions — was open from February 2 to April 10, 2026. Since ComNet23 in Seattle, ShowCase Poster sessions have become a favorite way for attendees to share ideas, learn from one another, and connect one-on-one with peers. Join us in San Diego and be part of this dynamic exchange.

ShowCase Poster sessions feature nearly 100 comms for good case studies from across the field and across a range of issues.

ShowCase Poster sessions are an opportunity to highlight your work and share key learnings and takeaways. Over the course of ComNet, attendees dig deeper and learn directly from colleagues about their recent real-world comms for good experiences — what worked, and what didn’t — across the country and across issues.

Please note that all poster presenters will need to register for the conference — a presenter discount is not available.

This is the only call for proposals for ComNet26. While there will be many ways to participate on-site, we are unfortunately not able to accept other forms of submissions.
